Giroud apparently not registered for CL group stage.

So that's Ospina, Szczesny, Debuchy, Koscielny, Diaby, Wilshere, Ozil and Giroud out and Walcott presumbly a doubt. Grand.

Wenger on Jack.
'I cannot give you any time schedule there because he will be out for a while and he has to see a specialist next week to see how long he will be out. We don't know at the moment,' said Wenger at Tuesday afternoon's press conference.

'He has a big ankle sprain and I don't want to talk about it because I am not a specialist medically.

'The first news is they have told us that he will be out for the next few games. [To find out] for how long, we will need to see a specialist.'

Jack is slowly turning into the next Diaby to be honest. I don't think he will ever get over his ankle problem.

Nooooooooo!!!

Flamini time

By the way, as Jay said Wilshere needs to play DM if only to stay away from tackles like McNair's.

I'd stick Chambers in midfield to be honest, thats how much Flamini in midfield worries me.

Sucks as he just found the back of the net now, that was the goal and confidence he needed.

But having Giroud back>>

Hope Welbeck is fit too and was only being rested vs Dortmund.

Chambers in midfield would be wasted. His pace and power is suited for RWB, as well as his decent crossing

Diaby has played 2 games in 2 years? WAT

2 years is a really , really long time to be off from the game . I am surprised he still at Arsenal tbh. What's Wenger's stance in this?
