Why stay at a club for CL football when that club has no chance of making an impression in it? That never makes sense to me

The list is a dud.

Clasie has not played a minute under LVG in the WC 2014 with half the midfielders injured so his transfer looks unlikely.

Strootman is out injured for half a month so any transfer will likely be in the winter.

BMI is being transferred to Porto and the deal is finalized.

Luke Shaw transfer is done but the deal was rumoured to be close to completion for many months now and United's long standing interest is well known too.

The OP is of the opinion LVG will bring in Dutch players to fill the club which is wrong as LVG will only bring in Dutch players who are Top Quality and Potential Top Quality only, and not just because they are Dutch.

No Top coach would ever do that.
