Could Miguel Herrera manage in a top league?
I am really liking what he has shown thus far in taking a Mexican team that was in a crisis to being able to go toe to toe with a top team in Brazil.
He can also go Super Saiyan.

He could be at a Espanyol level club imo, why not. Just like the last Mexican NT coach, see how he does.

Who knows, Tata martino was very highly rated in Argentina, and in national team and it didn't work out so well for him, everyone is different.

Re: Could Miguel Herrera manage in a top league?
Thats a bit harsh on Tata, imo.
Dude came in to a team that had a brutal pre-season, players moral was down from Tatas returning cancer, had to take the team on right before the Spanish Super Cup (which he won), then Messi got injured for a few months, then the distractions with Rossell stepping down and Neymars case, then Neymar got injured, then Valdes got injured, Then Pique got injured, then Tata passed away. With all the injuries and scandal, he still managed to finished joint top of the league, made it to the final of the Copa del Rey, quarterfinals of the UCL, and won the Spanish Super Cup. To say he was some sort of failure considering what he had to endure in his first season in Europe I would say he wasn't that bad.
Tata's main weakness was the fact he didn't seem to have a strong enough personality to run the team. A team full of super stars. Herrera seems to have that fire to push his players through. So in that regards I would say Herrera could do well in a mid table Spanish club. Why not
