Germany Wins 2014 World Cup

Good stuff from Germany all WC. This triumph was 12 years in the making honestly. Did everything they needed to do to get to where they are right now. They should rejoice in it and continue to improve. They could dominate again in Russia with the talent that still has yet to make themselves known to the world.

Not many of us will get to see our team/national teams win a World Cup in our lifetimes, so enjoy and soak in this great victory.

Great champions, it's always nice to see a team that put in the work over time and get their due. I feel that way about Germany, and in a way, even Low have finally become a bit cynical with his way of player. No more gun ho footy, more calculated and controlled footy.

They earned it.

This is there time, this team will be the favorite for the next few tournaments.. Only European team I see really challenging them is France

Such a sad state of affairs when great footballing nations as Argentina and Brazil have to resort to European style of playing to win titles. Where is the flair, attacking prowess, rhythm, passion etc that has long been identified the south americans gone?
