Tbh I haven't had much today, it's realistically more like 5. I've been here 2 months. I'd say overall my diet is actually better since high school--in terms of balancing it, I mean.

I think part of it is that I snack on stuff so much less because there is less around (while having meals that stay roughly the same)...that in addition to the amount of walking I do which is an unreal amount more than before.

Guess I'll have to eat more. I was expecting to be around the same since I got here (weighed myself first time since I've arrived), was shocked to see I've lost weight. I can't say stress has much to do with it, because I'm not more stressed than I was in high school. Only in short bursts, like today and tomorrow.

One thing worth noting, CB.

Watch your weight carefully, because if you lose too much, you could be in some danger. I once dropped 7 Kgs in about a month and a half due to poor dieting, it wasn't good as I was working lots and don't weigh much to begin with. If I hadn't noticed and changed right away, I would have been in serious trouble. Health wise.

I wouldn't say eat more, either. Just eat smarter, if you can afford it.

I will do so. I'm skinny enough as it is.

I think part of it is with my metabolism, I haven't really been able to gain weight for quite a long time. When I have, its been minimal. That was with me being in high school and driving around everywhere.

Now I have the same body but I'm walking everywhere and I'm more active, as well as not snacking as much.

I will keep what you say in mind though because if my weight did stay like this, I would be worried about my health.

Dw CB we're gonna make it brah, I've lost roughly 4.5lbs in the same time period and I'm losing weight slower then I'd like to.

If you want to eat more throughout the day either pre-prepare your meals or drink your calories
