punch do i really need to back track with you every time i bring up james?

listen this is the last time, james is not better than di maria, buying him is clearly a mistake, he does not look like starter material, we do not play with a 10 that why we sold ozil, and the team looks a lot weaker with the so call better player you lot been hyping about, so i know it bothers you, not my fault nor do i care

again all these names i keep bringing up are players zeal loves to back, and they are all coming up short atm yet he has yet to say a single word of criticism about them yet, just keep dodging the questions, then getting mad at carlo for backing benz and wanting him sacked after the 10th Laughing

If you are so obsessed with me that 99% of your posts on this forum are attempts to get back at me for not liking a player you like then you have problems.

It just doesn't make sense because we aren't talking about him. If anything you and zealous are comparing Bale and Di Maria's impact on the RW and their contributions/how they did in big/meaningful games.

There's no need for backtracking but bringing him up in every discussion you have with a Madrid fan makes no sense.

nah its just funny watching how you turn into a complete noob, when anybody talks good about players, not named cr/bale/ozil etc...., you love breaking down why their not as good, in every useless deluded details, then ignore every shit performance your favorites have and bring up some garbage from social media Laughing

@punch i wouldn't even talk about james if you all wasn't giving him a free pass, a long with bale and cr, for their performances but then proceed to nitpick benzema to death for every move he makes on the pitch Laughing

Sorry zeal but di maria still assisted bale on that "selfish shot". To add to that he hit the ball so the rebound would go to bale anyways had he missed. he hits it to the keepers left and courtois being bad with low shots spills it. Bale had about 4 of those moments where he selfishly went for glory and missed in that game. He's damn lucky he was a match winner last season, missing more then even benz did. Thank god, yet again, our midfield, who was (guess who), di maria as the main man followed closely by modric and xabi, bailed us out and kept giving him chances

He did no such thing. lol

Di Maria went for goal (which he is allowed to do btw) I just thought it was funny that Bale was there to win it for Madrid after Di Maria couldn't finish. Especially considering that there are some who think Bale was outshone by Angelito.

Angel had to play in CM to get back into the team. Bale was better on the wing and scored winning goals in historic games for the club. That is the only thing that will (and should) be remembered about the 2014 season.

I am not saying Di Maria is a bad player either. He is awesome and I am sad to see him go.

Yeah.... truth lies in the middle likely. Di Maria asked for 8, Madrid probably offered 4. Negotiations broke down and he got sold. Simple as that imo. Could a deal have been made at 6? Who knows since it never happened.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has aimed a dig at Angel Di Maria in the wake of the Argentina international's move to Manchester United in the summer.

The 26-year-old played a key role in Madrid's successful Champions League campaign last term and his €75 million sale to Louis van Gaal's side initially caused deep frustration around the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ancelotti, however, has claimed the Argentina international could often upset the rhythm of his side by losing the ball - though he has warned James Rodriguez should not be seen as a replacement for Di Maria's role.

"Di Maria could take matches by storm with his energy, but he also used to lose control sometimes, misplacing important passes," Ancelotti told Onda Cero.

"People should think twice before saying that James can fill Di Maria's boots, because they're very different players."

The Madrid boss then went on to praise Toni Kroos and stressed that the Germany international is the perfect replacement for Xabi Alonso.

"Kroos is another 'professor'. He has aced his crash course in replacing Xabi Alonso," said the Italian.

"I've been surprised by the fact that he never gets on edge. He always plays the same way, whatever the pressure. He's very important: a lot of our play goes through him.

You know what I mean, he was the best player in the final and was consistently the best player leading up to it.

He was the player who added incisiveness and pace to a midfield that had none and not to mention he countered the issues of Ronaldo's defensive issues which teams up until that point consistently exploited.

There's no way in hell Madrid win the CL without him, to call him a headless chicken is disrespectful at best.
