Re: Our December Schedule
So, that was 11 pts from 6 matches, 1,83 pts per match in December. Prior to December we had averaged 1,31 pts per match, so that's improvement, now it just needs to continue.

...and improve. We need to average 2.53 points in the remaining games. That is if 76 points is enough to guarantee T4.Art Morte wrote:So, that was 11 pts from 6 matches, 1,83 pts per match in December. The current 4th-placed team are on course to a 66 point season, so probably this year it will be less than 76 points that you need for top-4.

Re: Our December Schedule
Not saying that I disagree with you, but that 4th spot has become increasingly hard-to-get over the years.Art Morte wrote:iftikhar wrote:...and improve. 2009/10: Arsenal 75, Spurs 70
2010/11: City 71, Arsenal 68
2011/12: Arsenal 70, Spurs 69
2012/13: Chelsea 75, Arsenal 73
2013/14: Chelsea 82, Arsenal 79
I feel the 4th placed team will finish with around 70 points. If we are to take that spot, we need 14 wins out of remaining 19 games. Difficult!!! Extremely. Possible??? Yes, off-course.
