Maicon 1-1 now

Sarri with a decent CF would play an unreal Serie A ffs

Roma is carrying on negative moment, some players as Pjanic isn't playing well for some time

Title battle is already finished
.It is even a league less balanced than last year.

But for its negative period Roma is risking to lose even the 2nd place.
If Napoli wins tomorrow, it will go to -4 .

Role reversal today. Empoli played the way we should've been playing.

Didn't defend too well in the first 20 minutes, but that improved as the game wore on. Midfield looked ok as well, but goodness me...no attack again.

Chance creation is the biggest problem we have right now. It's not injuries, it's not suspensions, it's no the opposition.

I have never seen these players so shot shy. It's baffling. We keep trying to walk the ball into the net and go down the middle, not using the flanks properly, and are just not taking our chances.

Someone needs to tell these lads that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Credit to Empoli though....those lads surely enjoyed that game. Played with freedom and expression. Sarri has them playing really well.

@Rob: I think it may be possible for him to return just before the season, just like Destro last year.

I have hope that Parma would avoid relegation, they have better players now.

Mbiwa, Pjanic should have received a red card, and there was a penalty when Mbiwa elbowed the Empoli attacker...

Rudi Garcia, open your eyes and shut your mouth please, cause the refs are now favouring you after you have opened your mouth...

How come no one posted this in here

Milan released a statement outlining their plans for a new 48,000-seater stadium in the Portello area of the city.

The project has been in the works for some time and today the club confirmed it has made a bid for the land, hoping to open the arena in 2018-19.

The stadium are would include a hotel, a school for the sports academy, restaurants, playground areas and spaces for young artists to showcase their work.

Milan’s staff studied more than 70 stadiums around the world when drawing up the project with Arup, who designed Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena.

The stadium is meant to fit into the architecture of the city, so would be only 30m above ground compared to San Siro’s 60m.

New technology would prevent the sound seeping out of the stadium and public transport links aimed at minimising traffic congestion.

So Inter stays in the San Siro?

Florenzi excluded, they are not attackers.

Ljajic kept dribbling into trouble and before he was taken off Totti simply couldn't affect the game while Iturbe was bright, but still didn't get into the right positions. Hopefully Doumbia and perhaps Ibarbo will help with taking those chances we do get, but I think we're not using the ball well enough still and that's the biggest issue as this possession is not leading to enough clear cut chances.

Just read that Juan Iturbe is out for the season as well.

Double ligament damage to his right knee and right ankle.

Poor lad....he's gotta be gutted. Another huge blow for us along with Strootman and Castan being out as well.
