Ogden is a PR outlet for Man Utd. He gets 'info' from the club, and he prints it.

The Telegraph is one of the better British tabloids out there. There'd be some truth into it assuming they wrote the article and aren't doing a round up of rumours.

to be honest, i think around 90m pounds would be more of a fair price.

regardless, definitely a good buy for manutd, they will be so dangerous next season.

Will Real get that reported transfer ban ? No way they will sell Bale if so.

They won't sell without a transfer ban either, no matter what Real Madrid fans are on about.

We're not on about anything. The rumor was brought up by non-Madrid fans upon reading an article written by Mark Ogden (the same guy who revealed Ferguson would step down and later on Moyes would get fired) on The Telegraph.

I couldn't care less about Bale. All I want right now is, in case we're innocent, to torch those who made up the transfer ban rumor, to trace it back to the source and make sure they never open their traps again. Cadena Ser should get a piece of the action as well. This is of course, and I repeat, only and only if we're innocent.

When it comes to sources, i prefer individuals tbh. Guys, like GDM, Laudisia and Pedulla are usually spot on most of the time, as opposed to papers that don't usually have the best track record when it comes to credibility

Pretty sure he wasn't the most expensive first time around. But still crazy, that a player of his caliber gets to be the most expensive ever, and 2 times in the top3.

Well, if it was only the overall quality of the player. Was talking more of what we got compared to the price. Bale has like 0 goals and 2 assist in 16 big games this season.

He said 100m for Bale was too much...and he paid €91m.

Just searched again, it was actually 150m€ Would've still picked that amount over Bale for 91m€... but no way we had a chance to get him, we blev that chance years before.

If you ask me, I wouldn't go for either of them.

While Kaka may have disappointed at Madrid if any player deserves to be on expensive transfer lists because of "caliber", it's Kaka. He was 100x the player Bale ever was in his prime.
