According to WWE sources, the company will be banning Seth Rollins from using the curb stomp finishing move.

WWE’s feeling about the move, which the WWE World Heavyweight Champion uses as his finisher, is that it’s too much of a direct liability and risk for a head injury. All of sports is trying to be more proactive when it comes to preventing head injuries and concussions, and this is the reason for WWE banning the curb stomp.

WWE reportedly doesn’t want its top star to be doing that move every night and they also don’t want to be showing it in past clips or videos anymore. This is why last week on RAW when Rollins came out, the video which played during his entrance was primarily just graphics of his name. The normal entrance video for Rollins features a compilation of clips, several of which are him performing the curb stomp.

The problem I find with WWE these days is that they do not know how to create classic feuds anymore. Everyone fights everyone else so frequently and in so many meaningless matches that "dream" matches don't exist anymore. The only "dream" fresh matches they have left is anything involving part-timers (Rock vs Cena, Lesnar vs everyone) because they are hardly on the show. When they do wrestle, crowds can actually get into the match because its new, its fresh, and they've had to wait a long time for it.

Sheamus and Ziggler have feuded so often in the past in ultimately meaningless matches and are now feuding again. No one cares about it since we've seen it so many times before. BNB has been at IC level for 5 years and has feuded with every other midcarder on the roster. They've got some fresh blood on the scene with Shield/Wyatt family but they are giving away far too many Shield matches on TV that I fear when we do get Ambrose vs Rollins for the WWE title, no one will care as it would have been overplayed.

I actually feel the brand split was one of the best booking decisions made because it kept certain wrestlers apart for years, built them up and then when they do cross paths, it becomes an epic dream match. For instance, HBK came back in 2002, wasn't even in the same ring as the Undertaker until 2007 Royal Rumble. Didn't have a match with him until 2008 WM.

Even before the brand extension I can still name the best HBK-Bret Hart match, or Rock-Austin match. I can't name the best Cena-Orton match as they've had so many that they all become interchangeable and ultimately forgetful in my mind.

I lost interest in kayfabe good guy vs bad guys feuds a long time ago. Much prefer realistic shoot storylines that break the fourth wall and where fans end up revolting.

It makes for must watch TV since those types of storylines cause controversy and intrigue.

Jesus Christ saw a GIF of Rollins's new finisher, it's horrible. If you are banning the Curb Stomp at least give him a good finisher, like the one he used on the indies. Phoenix Splash, Skywalker (rename it Sethwalker ) or God's Last Gift.

Miley is 6 foot 3 inches and 285 pounds with enormous hands. He's now sporting red trunks and red boots, as seen in the photo at the bottom of this post.

Miley made an appearance at WrestleMania 31 Axxess and it was said that of the many NXT wrestlers that worked that weekend who fans didn't know, Miley made everyone stop when he came out and had their attention even though he did little in the ring. Miley is very green and looks to be a long-term project. In the short Axxess match he worked, he showed very little in the ring but it was noted that he has a great look for wrestling.
