Good luck to him. Hopefully, he leaves all the bad luck and sorrows behind on English shores and gets a fresh and wonderful start in France.

Abou Diaby joins Marseille on a free, signing a two year pay-as-you-play deal and turning down WBA and Liverpool in the process according to L'Equipe.
All the best, you monster.

Sami Khedira to miss a month after getting stretchered off on his Juve debut. Looks like one of the reasons we didn't go for him.

Been away from the forum for a while due to, well, just being so busy with life!
Hope everyone is well. Just wanted to confirm that I'll be making slightly less previews this season - I'll be talking with RG about this this week.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Chanced upon this, thanks to RWO's Müller thread in the Gen Sec.
http://www.goallegacy.net/t38091-the-curious-case-of-thomas-muller-and-his-goalimpact#1469657
What suprised me is this:
Rank 1 - Thomas Müller (GI 214.1)
Rank 2 - MESUT ÖZIL (205.6)
... (3- Benzema (200.3, 4- Messi 199.6)
Rank 5 - THEO WALCOTT (196.5)
...
Rank 30 - PETR ČECH (178.3)
...
Rank 49 - ALEXIS (171.3)
I love stats, but always take them in context and with a bag of salt. However, this was rather interesting to see Theo right up there.
Also, if we sign Benzema, we'd have 3 of the top 5
EDIT: FFS, How did I forget Cech

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Walcott and Giroud are both closing in on the 100 goal club! Who do yall think will get in first? For all the hate/doubts they have been getting, we tend to forget that they will join a group consisting only of Wrighty, RVP, Bergkamp, and Henry (wenger era)!
Giroud is at 58
Walcott is at 76
Would Theo get a legend status if we surpasses the 100 mark?

Lol that's not Özil.
Amazing skill, Santi Cazorla! Really can't tell which is his weaker foot.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
That sheer arrogance ffs. Needs just a bit more of that confidence to pull the trigger instead of looking for the perfect pass (which he usually finds tbh) and he can reproduce moments like that with ease.

Mourinho when asked if he was surprised by Pellegrini's new contract: "Why? Some other clubs, they have disappointed for 15 years and the manager is the same."
Completely lost the plot.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Hey guys.
Hope you are all well.
After 6 years on the forum (I believe I first joined in August 2009), I have decided to end my time on the forum.
This is simply down to time constraints. With work and twitter duties, I have less and less time to appear on the forum. This means I've been unable to carry out my normal duties, such as writing the previews, updating the injury section etc!
It's been a pleasure to speak to each and every single one of you over the past 6 years. Arsenal have come quite a long way since my preview, too. Though we defeated Everton 6-1 at the start of the 2009/10 campaign, Bendtner & Denilson were in our starting XI. Ha.
Anyway, if you want to follow me on twitter, I'm @samuelJayC.
I may return in the future, but for now, all the best!
COME ON ARSENAL
Hope you are all well.
