True but who would play if Pirlo is not available Padoin? It would be a lot easier to have those two in our line up. Plus going into semis with Marchisio would give us a shot at the final.. now..

That would have been staggeringly devastating for Juventus. I can't imagine what tests in what angle were taken to have predicted such inaccuracy. Marchisio after Tevez has been Juventus' best player as Pogba out is not a tactical loss, yet Marchisio's would represent a larger impact.

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
Italy medics try to explain how they got Claudio Marchisio’s knee ligament injury so wrong, as he could be back in two weeks.
The midfielder picked up the injury to his right knee during the warm-up ahead of Friday’s training session with the Azzurri.
Initial tests announced a torn anterior cruciate ligament with subsequent stay on the sidelines for six to eight months.
Instead, just hours later Juventus medics performed another MRI that excluded lesions, so he could be back in two to three weeks.
“Marchisio had a serious sprain and told me he heard a nasty noise inside his knee,” Italy medic Professor Enrico Castellacci told the Corriere dello Sport.
“Just 10 minutes later we were at the Fanfani Institute. The tests showed the result you all know by now.
“I spoke to my colleagues in Turin, explained what happened and organised to send the lad straight to the club for further tests. Juve gave me the all-clear to make the diagnosis public.
“That night I contacted the Juve medics again before the Press conference. Now there are two contrasting test results.
“Naturally, I’d be very happy if the later test was confirmed. These are the facts.”
Sky Sport Italia suggest Marchisio could even be fit enough to play the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final with Monaco on April 22.

He still gonna miss the first leg though, enough blow already.

Not sure why you guys think Medical diagnoses should be exact science.
There is a reason doctors often ask for second opinions.

LS six months versus two weeks though? That's far beyond the realms of a simple misjudgement that seeking a second opinion would help with.
Its a mightily embarrassing screw up is what it is. Happy for Juve though, Serie A needs the coefficients.

Conte is not not only receiving hate, he is actually getting death threats from some of scum fans.
Bloody death threats because of an injury he had no hand on.
Disgusting.

In medicine, the difference between one diagnoses and another would be the sound a person reported hearing.
You want to minimize invasive procedures, and the only accurate way to know would be a coroner opening up the body

I don't see anything funny about receiving death threats from a fan-base that he was supposedly a legend off.

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga III
Benitez had all the chance in the world to overtake Roma in CL. Now they are 5th with possibility of dropping even further....Im sorry but if Benitez doesnt take Napoli to CL (at least win Europa League bro), you could say the Benitez project was a total failure. Not only that, but lets say Napoli doesnt get to CL, will Benitez and Higuain stay? Now thats food for thought.

Penalty not given to Napoli. What a chance, too bad Callejon didn't have the courage to finish it off. Great match so far nevertheless

That wasnt a penalty bro. No way in hell Manolas could slide and not use his arm to help his sliding movement. Not intentional

It doesn't matter, it clearly blocked a goal, and his hands weren't in natural position.
I'm quite sure Napoli will equalize here though.

Its going to be one hell of a derby between the capital clubs if Lazio manages to win some of its upcoming matches (Juve, Napoli), especially since its on the 37th matchday
