I only started going to cinema since 2010(Inception) after my mate forced me. Now we watch every comic book film or highly rated films.

This year we have these lined up

Avengers
F4
Star Wars Episode 7(maybe)
Jurassic World
Mad Max(maybe)
MI5
Ant-Man

Am I reading this right?

Maybe on star wars because I am not a fan. The new one will at least have good graphics and CGI though hmm Only going because mate wants to.

Mad Max depends on the reviews.

Not decided on Spectre. Will see when the time comes

Last year I watched in theaters

Hobbit
Interstellar
Birdman
Nightcrawler
Gone Girl
Guardians Of The Galaxy

Watched Winter Soldier and X Men on Blu Ray (free, got my connections :coffee:), Godzilla on rent, Spiderman 2, Fault In Our Stars, Edge Of Tomorrow, Boyhood on plane, Locke on Netflix. I planned to watch all of these on theaters (including Selma) but could not due to budget and time issues.

Will watch Kingsman if it's still running on Spring Break. Avengers is a definite, Star Wars and Spectre too most likely. Films like The Revenant on winter break too.

Yeah the only thing about Star Wars I'm looking forward to as well is that improvement on the visuals because I only saw the original trilogy.

Should we do the same thing for 2000-2009?

we already did top 10 from that decade but now it will just be favorite film each year.

Rock away McEggz, it's a free world.

2000 - Memento can't wait for Nolan's 2020 film. Always starts the decade off with a masterpiece ffs
2001 - Donnie Darko
2002 - Spider-Man (uncle got me it on vcr, watched it like a gazillion amounts of times) other than that bias, then it's probably Gangs of New York
2003 - Wow this year is so good. Had Oldboy, Daredevil, LOTR: ROTK, The Matrix Reloaded, School of Rock, Mystic River. But I'll go with Kill Bill Vol. 1
2004 - Shaun of the Dead
2005 - Sin City
2006 - Think this is the best year of the decade. So many good ones, but I'll go with Blood Diamond
2007 - No Country for Old Men (special shoutout to Disturbia, that chick was so HAWT!!!!)
2008 - Slumdog Millionnaire
2009 - The Hangover

I'm a soundtrack fanatic, it's one of the things that can turn a shit movie into a great one for me. I can't choose only one, though i do have quite a list, off the top of my head:

Interstellar
Gone Girl
Lion King
LoTR
Pirates of the Caribbean
TDK
The Last of the Mohicans
National Treasure
The Great Gatsby
The Social Network
Rocky
Goodfellas

Got a couple of more in the back of my head and i'm sure i'm forgetting quite a lot of other movies

Interstellar really? maybe I should listen to that again. Only thing I could hear was ears getting raped by bad sound mixing.

Interstellar sound was indeed really good.

My favorite is probably Blood Diamond. Love Hans Zimmer's work. Inception, Rush, Gladiator are my favorite work from him. The Good, The Bad, The Ugly is top on my list too.

Gladiator without a doubt. With M99 on Hans Zimmer. Goat composer.

LOTR Trilogy's soundtrack was also excellent.
