What the f*** ? I'd rather keep our medical team than this scrub Guardiola at any time. He started with this shit when Thiago got injured for the first time and now this.
Everyone here in germany is praising Guardiola as the most humble and polite person in the world, but for me he seems like a two faced snake.
I can't believe the club have allowed this TBH. This is the same medical staff who managed to keep Arjen Robben fit the past two seasons.

Tbh Bayerns medical staff is extremely overrated.

According to the reports in the media, the club had no idea that MW&Co decided to leave. MW published his media statement without Bayern's knowledge and that was it.

MW worked for Bayern since 1977. Dunno if it is such a good idea for him to be the pawn sacrifice.

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
It's not like Bayern had a medical staff that worked wonders lol. Did they have less injuries than other clubs? MWF is a good doc, no doubt about it. Might even be a great one. But in the end he's not some magical healer and Bayern can replace him far easier than they can replace a top coach or player.
Personally I'm just happy FC Hollywood is back

what ?
does this guy have some shaman healing powers or something ? seems like a run of the mill doctor like the ones you find in every club .

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
Not quite. His patients come from all over the world, from tennis stars to athletes. Usain Bolt even dedicated one of his gold medals to him as he managed to heal an injury that no other doc could heal. And he's also the MD of the German NT, and you can imagine they wouldn't appoint him if he weren't a real expert.farfan wrote: seems like a run of the mill doctor like the ones you find in every club .

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
While this is probably a bigger deal than I could possibly get a grip on, pretty sure Bayern can replace a great doctor with another great doctor.
Also, if he (MWF) left on his own accord, how is a pawn sacrifice?

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
You'll find hundreds of thousands of people who will tell you of docs who were able to cure problems that dozens of docs before couldn't heal. Somestimes those who were able to treat the problem are not even actualy docs but charlatans.
Honestly as said he's certianly not a bad doc but he's seen as some kind of superdoc in Germany which is just a bit ridiculous. People here call him the best doc in the world as if that was some fact and tbh many really act as if he's a shaman with healing spells.

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
True, I used a wrong expression. Sorry bout that.
Actually it is more about a clash of two alpha males, and maybe MW just left without informing the Bayern board as he wants to see how they will react - will they back him for his almost 40year long service to Bayern, or will they back Pep Guardiola?

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
Assuming that is his thinking for the sake of sakeness, that is a really brave move to make considering there is an extremely high chance of Bayern backing Pep instead of him despite the 40 years of service.
Anyway, all the gushing over Bayern's lovely transfer policy and general footballing policy at the start of the season, it is nice to see FC Hollywood show itself now and then.

I really hate to post a link to the BILD but well.. http://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/dr-hans-wilhelm-mueller-wohlfahrt/schmeisst-bei-bayern-hin-40580344.bild.html
According to them it was Rummenigge who had a clash with MWF.

Re: CL QF: Porto - FC Bayern
Well, MW threw a tantrum and left Bayern once before in 2008 when he clashed badly with Klinsmann. He did return as soon as Klinsmann was fired, though.

Well, sometimes homeopathy helps better than school medicine. School medicine (lots of cortisone prescribed by idiot doctors) ruined my immune system without curing what was intended, while homeopathy finally healed that condition without any further side effects.

That being said, the guy is a 3500 year old mummy who is just being animated, posing as our doctor, so I guess at some point it wouldn't work anymore.

Doctor: I can end Robben's injury problems.
Pep: Will that weaken Robben?
Doctor: No my lord.
Pep: Then get on with it.
*Pep leaves the room*
Doctor: But he won't be the same! Muahahahahahah
