We'll see whether West Ham know what they're doing, their pursuit of "better" football could end up real bad, too.

As for us, I'd like to think this result was the players' "subtle" way of telling our owners that they've lost faith in Rodgers.

Our heaviest league defeat since 1954.
Gerrard had not lost a PL game by more than 4 goals before this game. What a nice sending off to break that record in his final PL game.

lambert was only 3 Mil. And Balotelli was a gamble that could have gone either way. But welbeck always has been. And always will be shit.

If Balo "could've gone either way" than:

A. He wouldn't have been sold to Liverpool in the first place

and

B. Milan wouldn't have let him walk for a paltry £16 million

I honestly don't know who you're trying to convince by calling the Balotelli buy a gamble, whether it's yourself or others, but I'm afraid it doesn't wash

the thing is mate. Balotelli has bags of talent and the gamble with him is will he show what he can do. Or just sit around being lazy. Welbeck has no talent. The guy is a donkey. So with balo there was a chance he would pay off. Welbeck is shit.
