Re: The Story of the Englishman that loves Riquelme
I meant that he is overated in this history, not generally. Generally no one cared about Riquelme, rightly so.
Riquelme lacked legs and a soul to become truly a great player.
Riquelme after scoring a goal in a World Cup final.
Riquelme when his son was born.
etc.

Re: The Story of the Englishman that loves Riquelme
There is another brit that loves Riquelme:
Riquelme: "The only thing I regret throughout my career is a decision I made. I was drinking mate at a hotel in England, before the semifinal with Arsenal (for the Champions League 2005-06). Alex Ferguson came to sign me, and I said no, that I was staying at Villlareal, because I was very comfortable with my teammates."

Just learned Riquelme is one of Hazard's 5 favourite players (Zidane, Ronaldinho, Henry & Robinho the others). I'm officially a fan now Guest.
