He was ok tonight. Not outstanding, but fairly good for such a young player. He could develop into a top quality WB one day, but there's a way to go until then.

Joe Gomez may be our stand out player on defence so far in pre-season. It is just that though, pre-season. Also he's primarily a centreback who is playing out wide left and still looking very tidy. Very encouraging for an 18 year old in a new team.

City was more dominant throughout the half, but Roma have had sparks here and there, Roma definitely had the deadlier chances.

Also, Sterling seems to mesh nicely with City's players, looks like he's gonna settle just fine
