Oh, I just noticed that Bayern are playing a friendly against Inter in China - and Götze scored the 1:0 after nicely curving around the Inter goalie.

the game was like watching sh*t on a stick. It was god awful. Both keepers had absolutely nothing to do apart from the first 30 or so minutes were Bayern were really pressing for that goal. After the break my eyes died

Yea it was a very bad match. Expected better from inter tbh. They decided to stop playing in the 2nd half it seemed.

Pre season games are usually bad tbf, sometimes they can be decent a week or two before the season starts but that's about it.

I personally found our performance against City to be a tad poor. All of our threat came from the width of Gervinho and Iturbe and once City wised up to that and forced us to the center, nothing happened for us. Our build up play in the middle is absolutely atrocious. No one wants to try to run behind the defenders and latch onto good passes, we just go wide and crash the box...rinse and repeat. Awful.

PSG has looked good.... preseason games are mostly a show for your academy players and backups... PSG showing that their academy is truly very good.

Stambouli looked really good in the 20 mins he was in there.

As for the game it was worse than watching sh*t on a stick. We were sh*t and Bayern tried to make us fall a sleep before they scored.

We have been playing on plastic pitches lmao, McClaren has been talking about pressing higher, playing through the midfield etc and the club organise pre season games on plastic Russia like pitches.

What a farce lol, Aarons looks good again though hopefully he can stay fit this time.
