Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.VI
Mirror are reporting that we're preparing our final offer for Stones, a bid to be above 30m, and may even reach 34m.

I can imagine the 'biggest' transfers are yet to happen.
So far you'd have to say Schweini to Utd, or Vidal to Bayern, (if you base it on the 'biggest' PLAYER moving) although funnily enough it was the one transfer with possibly the least public fuzz around it
Or Sterling to City, which was the 'biggest' in terms of money and publicity so far.
edit: wait, I forgot Di Maria. That's the one I guess.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.VI
Several sources (I'll cite GDS here for mine) in both Italy and France reporting that Lucas Digne will undergo a medical at Roma tomorrow.
Details indicate an initial loan of 1.5m with option to buy set at 16.5m, totaling 18m.
At only 22 years old and with Maicon and Cole's contracts about to be rescinded, Digne represents the future for Roma's LB position. What worries me slightly about this is that Rudi didn't seem specifically request him like he did Gervinho, so that could indicate something (or nothing), but I like this signing either way. If he's the player with the potentially he's said to have, this will be money well far better spent than on more wingers.

Good signing for Roma, PSG absolutely ruined him and shattered his confidence. He is a very good full back

QSG kill all French players who play for them, Menez, Sakho, Cabaye, Gameiro amongst others Not a good place to be if you are a Frenchy which is odd.

2nd grade frenchies u mean.
Nothing overly special about any of those players tbh.
Look at Matuidi tho. He's doing fine for them and he's a top midfielder tbf

Not a good place when you are an average player. If you notice, all those guys are average players who were not exactly sought after when they left.

Re: 2015/16 Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.VI
Again Madrid fans wouldn't know what average if it smacked them in the face
None of those players are average, Colback and Lovren are average. Those players are good.

it's about how they performed when they were playing for PSG. It's not the same playing for PSG or Newcastle, because we can all agree Cabaye showed two different levels with each teams. same for Menez, same for Gameiro.

I saw a whole lot of average today so this Madrid fan can tell average without being assaulted in the face.

I don't know about other players, but Digne rarely got a chance to develop at PSG. He was already raw Lille and still a kid coming in. What he needed was consistent game time which he didn't get. It was a wrong career move.

Ok he played like an average player, doesn't mean he is one.
I wasn't just talking about Cabaye btw.

He was injured far too often at PSG and didn't get a run of games when he was healthy... you can't really rate a player under those circumstances. Not saying he was good or bad. Saying that you can't tell either way.

What about Cavani, Lavessi, Pastore who were all underwhelming but still got tons of chances to redeem themselves ?. There is a favouritism at this club, no shame in admitting it.Mr Nick09 wrote:Not a good place when you are an average player. "The deal for Romagnoli is 99.8 per cent done," Galliani was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Sabatini then added: "We have an agreement with AC Milan for Romagnoli, the operation will be formalised on Monday. I greeted Romagnoli and I told him to make himself available for Milan."

Wouldn't mind Honda at all, at the right price of course.
That being said I didn't follow him at Russia and didn't follow him at AC Milan so I can't really say that I know anything about him besides occasional Japan performances
