I don't think linetty realises that CB is talking as a Spurs sympathiser not as a Barcelona fan, hence the comparison of Honda to Iniesta instead of Lamela, Townsend and pals. I wouldn't lose any sleep over Honda leaving but neither would I be upset to see him stay. He's a consummate professional who gives his all for the team and is a well rounded midfielder but not elite, I don't think he'd lift Spurs at all but he'd maintain their current level.

As Robes pointed out however, the source is highly unreliable, I doubt there's anything in these reports.

Apprently Rondon is close to joining West Brom from Zenit in a £15m deal. That would probably mean Berahino leaving, probably to Tottenham.

Could be. I don't think West Brom would be looking at another top striker if Berahino was staying, they've already got him, Ideye, Lambert and Anichebe.

In fact, I'm not sure should West Brom be spending £15m on a striker even if Berahino left, their midfield and especially defence is hugely average and getting old. Might be smarter to trust Ideye, Lambert and Anichebe and invest in other areas.

Aranguiz to Leverkusen is all but done. Leverkusen will pay around 12m (kicker)
