Inter assistant Beppe Baresi reveals that Mou has a sense of humour.

Baresi reveals that during a transfer before a game, Mou called a team meeting but had locked Baresi in his room.  Mou kept saying , "everyone is here except Baresi" over and over again and then sent someone to unlock Baresi's door.  Laughing, Baresi claims he was fined for being late.

Well, let's analyze your assertion. Mourinho is considered a humorless egotistical fellow. He is now in a relative low point having been sacked by a relatively mediocre club. He is touted to be the next Manchester United manager by some, but he is going to be a guest at an Inter match within the next few days. He had great success at Inter, probably his biggest success as a manager.

You and others may think that revealing that he has a sense of humor may not be worthy of a thread, but is that opinion unanimous? Maybe. But for now it is only your opinion. Are we clear on this?

i think everyone knows mourinho does have a sense of humor especially with his staff and players (when they do get along). egotistical? yes, some people feel that way; but i'm not sure people find him 'humorless'. obviously there was little to be excited about in his last stint. besides, i don't think united fans are enticed by whether or not he has a sense of humor...i doubt they're trying to hire a comedian
