Was great when fit. Had some stupid ass knocks he picked up and it hurt his form, but would still take him 10x over Turan any day of the week. Not sure where this Rakitic hate came from, I would figure most cule's would rather keep him as he's a team player and is way more dynamic and offers more to our game than Turan could of ever dream of.

That's not hate,  it's fair criticism

In my opinion Rakitic hasn't been good enough throughout the entire course of the season. I rate him but he weakens our midfield and is not of the quality for a solid, irreplaceable starter like Busi for instance.

We will see if Gomes grows up to the task and becomes an important part of Lucho's jigsaw puzzle. I think he has more quality in him than Rakitic has, not sure if he's such a hard worker like the Croatian but definitely the technical abilities are there and imo they are superior to Rakitic's.

If we had signed someone like Ramsey then Rakitic would surely leave because the Welshman would be a great improvement

Thats what I think of Rakitic.

If Juventus sold Pogba (who is overrated atm, when healthy Rakitic is probably even better right now) and replaced him with Rakitic and came out of it with a net gain of like 70m+ that'd be incredible business on their part.

Sick of injuries after last season. We can't afford replace a rarely injured player with another injury prone one not with Barzagli and Chiellinis recent record, Marchisio and Khediras and even Mandzukic.
