Kurt Angle will have an on-screen role with WWE after his Hall Of Fame induction during WrestleMania 33 weekend and he is expected to wrestle for the company on a part-time basis, according to a recent report by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer.

In addition, PWInsider Elite reports that Angle is expected back on WWE TV on the Raw after WrestleMania 33 and it's highly likely he will replace current Raw General Manager Mick Foley. WWE is already in the process of teasing tension between Stephanie McMahon and Foley.

Foley will also soon need to take significant time of WWE television while he recovers from much-needed hip replacement surgery.

-Balor coming back from injury
-Possible Nakamura call up
-Rollins return
-Adam Cole debut

-The Revival coming up

Damn how I wish Orton wasn't squashed by Lesnar which kinda ruined his comeback. Other than that, he's been GOAT since he returned . Best face in WWE right now. This Orton-Wyatt angle is the best storyline they've come up with since DB-Authority storyline.

I kinda wished they prolonged Orton's turn though as I feel he's turned on Bray a bit too early since there's still 5 weeks(I think) before Mania.

Damn that's an amazing segment.

Actually thinking about it, with all that's happened a simple RKO to Bray just wouldn't have cut it.

Turning wrestling into a TV show is the future imo. If another boom period happens, then I think it'll be due to WWE attracting casual TV show fans. Late 90's they went with what was popular at the time, just need to do the same again.

As much as we all love worked shoot promos and as much as smarks love workrate, casuals don't know what all the insider stuff means, nor do they care. And they don't care about workrate either, otherwise NJPW and ROH would be popular. They just want to be entertained. And the way a TV shows entertains is pretty obvious. Good characters and storylines.

Lucha Underground started the whole TV show format stuff, but it was Matt Hardy's Final Deletion that got people talking last year.

Shoot promos, entertaining storylines and great matches ( which I still maintain matters as there's zero point in watching PPVs otherwise)
