Meh.. Drawing was of no use to us anyway. Out of the 5 remaining games real was only going to mess one game up at most, and i'd rather mehdrid lost than draw. Anyway, the thing i actually want is for barca to loose the league so that necessary changes can bn made. Otherwise if we fluke another league win now the fartomeu and coachssi board will try to convince us that al viz vell again..

lol you guys are funny. but really, madrid need to stop making these games unnecessarily interesting. respect to marcelo, i've always said at times we've lacked the spark for one player to just grab the game and say "i'm not losing today" (cristiano has done it at times, e.g. against wolfsburg); marcelo did it today, with that goal, his weaker foot nonetheless. the venom overpowered the lack of technique in that foot. good strike

I just looked up goals to see if it was true Marcelo had more than Benz! Answer is no, but there are some points of interest. Top 7 for Madrid (all competitions) are
Ronaldo 26
Morata 16
Benzema 15
Isco 10
Ramos 10
Bale 9
James 9

In liga, Ronaldo, Morata and Isco are ahead of Benz. Apparently Morata is only behind Messi for goals per minutes played!!

Madrid have had entire team scoring this year, Only Carvajal and Coentrao (? who) haven't scored. That's 19 players in liga, 11 in copa and 11 in CL.
