I actually like the Bucks in terms of a supporting cast- Snell, Monroe, Middleton, Brogdon, but without Jabari, they lack a legitimate second option that the teams above them do have

Agreed, he's become underrated somewhere along the way imo

He's got a smooth midrange, smooth turnaround, he can stretch the floor/hit the three, he is a great passer of the ball/facilitator, and he's got great basketball IQ. Admittedly haven't paid much attention defensively but Bucks haven't had as much inside as they usually do which means he must be doing a good job.

He's playing the best basketball of his career so far this season. Tonight we basically only had 4 players we could count on and still won, basically off the strength of him and Kyrie. They look like they've been playing together for 5 years. Still pissed it's gonna be months or longer before we see this team with Hayward.

I love how Giannis had his worst game of the year and still finished with 28/10/7/3 Laughing

e: to answer your question CBarca, he's not a rim protector but is still an above average defender imo. He's improved on that end since he got here.

People are hating on him because his finishing around the basket looked like a prime 60 rated created 2K career mode player.

Until that changes and he stops going up so weak the criticism won't stop.

That's just plain wrong though. He just won us a game finishing at the hoop through contact.

He doesn't go up weak at all. He's improved so much and still gets so much hate.

I think the Thunder will win more games but they match up well. They both have similar deficiencies in terms of making their new pieces fit. Both teams could benefit from another quality rotation player.

I hope we get this as a playoff match up

They have had a tough start, facing 3 top 4 seeds in the East and probably top 3 seed in the West. ( who they should have beat)

I still believe in them to make the playoffs if they stay healthy tbh.
