This is probably Pool best draw beside getting Sevilla or Roma since City play very open and they counter them in a lot of ways. Klopp record against Pep is in their favour as well. City V Liverpool with the two is 2-1-1 in favour of Klopp.

Guardiola won't make the same mistake. We are the only team that's beaten them in the league and now he knows. This game comes to soon and it's in the favor of Guardiola with both the mental advantage and 2 legs with the second being at Ettihad, Even if we beat them at Anfield and second leg works in their favor.

Unless Klopp can miraculously convince the Liverpool players both games are just some random individual 90 mins matches, We might just qualify but I don't see that happening. City in first gear managed to score 3 against us.

Pep's away record is horrible though. The only reason Barca didn't win back to back CLs when they had GOATavi, GOATiesta and GOATessi in the same team

Unreal lack of interest in this game huh, even though one of these teams will likely make the final IMO. I have no preference in this game as I detest both teams. Think Kloppo will take Pool through though.

I feel this might be the most entertaining draw tbh.

Both aren't good defensively, so they have to stay on the offensive, which will be entertaining for naturals.

Came on last night after watching Lloventus humiliate themselves and looked for this thread... Didn't see it on the first page so thought f it. Feeling pretty excited about this right now. Basically, Tottenham played better (minus Ronaldo) at Jjuve than Madrid did and Bayern barely scraped an advantage against Sevilla. We've already shown we can beat City. I fancy our chances not only against City, but Real and Bayern, too. Bring it on.

Probably not just due to usual bottling and lack of big game experience in the competition, I think at their best they're more than capable of beating any of the teams, but yeah I wouldn't favor them.

Can missing will be an enormous miss for Liverpool. He was the MOTM in January and when he went off for Milner, City completely took charge of the game.

City will also have David Silva and Jesus back. The latter is a more reliable player away from home compared to Kun these days.

Can see a score draw, but if City score the first goal, it'll get ugly for Liverpool, similar to Juve-Real last night.

Also, very irresponsible of UEFA to give this game to a group of German referees. I wouldn't be too happy if I was Guardiola.

City aren't bad at all defensively now IMO. I do think Pool are their kryptonite though and will score at least 3 goals over both games. Should be entertaining for sure.
