My takeaways:

- Sea of Solitude looks very interesting. I'm a sucker for a compelling story.

- My shamelessness in continuing to play Destiny 2 combined with the good experience I had with Titanfall 2 means I'm probably gonna get Anthem. It's shaping up to be Destiny with Titanfall mechs and a Mass Effect-style story. The problem is none of this is unique or original so the game does look a little bland. I hope they don't repeat the mistakes that Bungie made though with Destiny and given it's EA, I'm skeptical about the lack of lootboxes and microtransactions in the gameplay.

- Respawn's upcoming Jedi-focused Star Wars game already has me intrigued. Would be great to see if they could pull off Shadow of Mordor-like gameplay and story for that one. That's another one to look out for.

It's intriguing I agree but sadly it's hard for me to get excited about something on the back of some words from the developer.

I would say the indie stuff were the most interesting stuff all in all.

-Montage at the end of all the games they showed
-Indiefest
-4k gaming
-Not just on Xbox, but also on Windows
-Too long stage demo
-cringe humor
-Some celebrity comes up to promote some game

You forgot, "WORLD PREMIEEEEEERE....". I suppose, "indiefest" probably covers that, though. Unless, they actually have something new up their sleeve.

It's not a bad show per say. But if one of the biggest games on your show can also be played on the PS4 at the same time of release, then that's not really pulling people to play on your console.

Yeah i agree, if it's about attracting people to buy consoles then it's not great but i don't see why any of us should care about that.

If i get to see some new games i'll want to buy on my PS4 i'm not complaining about that.

Anyway this went under the radar because Square announced it when everyone was sleeping lol.

Sony was considered by some the "winner" of e3 2016, but that show was bullshit.

These were the big hitters of the show:

- Days Gone (yet to have a release date).
- Horizon: Zero Dawn (Released a year later).
- The Last Guardian (Released within the same year).
- Detroit (Released two years later).
- Dad of War (Released two years later).
- Death Stranding (yet to have a release date).
- Spider Man (yet to have a release date).
- FFVII (yet to have a release date).

That's just bullshit. Both Detroit and God of War should have been revealed in 2017, and all the game without a release date now should not have been revealed then. Unless the trailer has some form of real gameplay, the conference shouldn't' get credit for having the game.

That's one series I am not going to touch. Played and liked the first KH, the second one went weird fast, and now there are more KH prequels, equals, side-stories, side-side-stories, than there are actual numbered games.

PC and Xbox exclusive, crackdown gets delayed for the third consecutive year. Apparently, the game just needs a final polish and will be released early next year. I wonder...

It's supposed to be a Destiny/Division type game with more emphasis on story etc etc because it's a Bioware game.

Which in fairness sounds great but they've done a terrible job of showing it off so far.

It's a nailed on certainty.

Microsoft published Witcher 2 to bring it to console, they showed both Witcher 3 reveals at Microsoft and also revealed Gwent there too.

After this I decided to look up what World Premiere's are according to them.

Last year that consisted of....

Forza Motorsport 7
Life is Strange - Before the Storm
Metro Exodus
Ori 2
Super Lucky's Tale

Which were all new announcements, well AC got leaked as it always does but that's not their fault.
