I haven't played Pokemon in like 14 years. But bah gawd that new one for Switch looks kinda cool. I'll likely end up buying a Switch closer to the release of that.

I was kind of disappointed with the visuals tbh Laughing

yeah that looks kinda interesting too

I've never been a Mario fan and Smash Bros never appealed so right now a Switch would only be for Zelda, but with Pokemon too..I'm close to pulling the trigger. Will likely wait for that new model to drop and pick up the older one discounted.

This game that was inspired by Metro and Bioshock, and takes place in the Soviet Union in a retro-futuristic, alternate universe, looks pretty cool. It certainly looks creative. I just wonder when it will be released.

Looks like it. I'm guessing they've received some amount of money from the Russian government, like CDPR did from the Polish government. Other than that, I have no clue where they get their funding from. But yeah, it definitely looks like a triple A game that you can play after you've finished Persona 5 Clubber

I am a retired gamer who comes out for 'one last job' kinda games only unfortunately.

But that actually looks great. Bioshock vibes and even a bit of fallout 4. Hopefully it's a success. maybe potentially an elite studio in making

As a PS1, 2, 3, 4 owner that never had nintendo after the NES, the Switch seems awesome.

I got it exclusively for Smash Ultimate (GOAT game) and it just feels great. Smash is extremely polished and just great all around, but the Switch itself feels cool.

Played Mario Kart at a friend's house and it was actually fun (always hated N64 Mario Kart, my last experience with it). Pokemon is a sure buy if only for the nostalgia and how I always fantasized about a console Pokemon rpg. Mario Odyssey looks awesome and will likely be my second game. Watched some videos on youtube about top Switch games since I'm completely out of the loop and there's a ton of stuff that looks fun. Also a lot of RPGs and SRPGs that are my kind of thing.

Props to them for the cheap multiplayer experience as well. You get the two joycons that can be 2 separate controllers for 2 players, and the wired Pro controller (basically an xbox controller) is only 20 euros, they also made "fight pads" for Smash (gamecube controllers) for 20 or 25 as well which are a must for me.

The wireless is 50 or 60€ but the wired one was around 20. I bought the switch and the controller in the US over christmas but the price are similar in europe as well.

The cable for the wired controller is around 3 meters so it's perfect for me, dont need to pay an extra 30 for wireless.
