But... I thought the PL was lost 2 weeks ago and we should go all out in the FA cup
Nah, wouldn't be surprised if Leiceister gets something out of tomorrow's game, they already beat City and Chelsea this season. But the title race is far from over like you were saying couple of weeks ago and that we should forget the PL and go all out in the FA cup. We haven't won the league in 29 years, whenever we have even the slightest chance to win it we should go all out in the PL and try to finally win it

I didn’t say we should forget about the lge what I said was Liverpool ain’t win shit for years and to piss on winnable cups because we should only try for the premium lge and the champions league is a bit stupid and arrogant from klopp and fans like you guys on here. I hear crap like we have bigger fish to fry when we ain’t fried any fish for years.BusterLfc wrote:Unique wrote:so I take it you think tomorrow’s game has been won today then.BusterLfc wrote:

We'll see now if Klopp & the squad really have what it takes. I still think it was smart from Klopp to dismiss the cup, City last week played 2 cup games (FA&Carabao) and now they lost a game in the PL. Liverpool was resting last week so we'll see if we can capitalise tomorrow.

Of course the first time we beat City in over a decade is going to make those scouse cunts win the league.
Even when we win we lose.

Words cannot describe the adulation I feel for Rafa as long his presence has been marred by some glorious hindsights from our lovely crowd of fans in Liverpool, and given his intense love for our club I would imagine this almost historic win for NUFC has an extra delight for him (though possibly not MUFC and Guardiola zealot Molecastle) in more than indirectly contributed to that possible title finish;
..Should we beat Leicester tomorrow night that is..
Either way, Gracias Rafa.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
This match despite the result and despite the win streak ending did more in staking his claim for the permanent job than the 8 wins previously did actually. Lovely stuff.
Agreed he got it tactically wrong, crossing and crossing and crossing with Ashley frisking Young and Shaw in charge was never going to work against thugs like Bradsley (game raising ex-manc cnut ) That’s like staple diet for those guys. But despite that, we kept on going and going and had like 28 shots in total and snatched a point from 2 nil down in the dying minutes. On another day, could have even won that game easily. So, even after getting it wrong with tactics and resting 3 of our most important players (Ander, Lingod and Martial (injured in his case)), we were very nearly there. Wouldn’t have happened under JM especially at this juncture of the season and amid such a hectic set of fixtures.
As for the tactics part, he is still a newbie manager in the big stage and will hopefully get it right in the future. And people blaming him for rotation, I hope they see the bigger picture. Our 11 barring our starters is very ordinary. So, overplaying the same team and a couple of long term injuries to our main players would be creating even bigger a mess akin to the one Spurs are facing right now.

its amazing how many people have more love and respect for a spoilt brat that won the lottery over the hard working man thats self made and has been a well known and respected face all over the world for years. thats what you get from the new age fans.

I can't speak for everybody, but I truly and honestly have no favorite team in England or anywhere else except for Madrid. The only reason I'm leaning a little bit towards Liverpool is because:
1. They have shown enough already to deserve the title.
2. They haven't won it in quite some time so you can be certain that if they win it, their celebration will be 10 times more glorious and enjoyable than City's or any other title contender.
It's the same reason why I'm enjoying United's undefeated run under Ole even though I'm the furthest thing from being a fan. You can't help but respect, admire and even some times cheer for clubs that went back to being relevant again after a long, rough patch.
So yeah, f*** the bald fraud, Liverpool for the title please!

I understand why you feel that way but there's a reason most people in England hate them.
Their fanbase and media presence make them fucking insufferable, think about how hated you have to be for people to support City ( a team funded by dirty money) over you.
Luckily most of the Liverpool fans here are pretty cool people.

Rafa is a red even after he left, he sold us Sturridge when he was at Chelsea, told us to buy Coutinho when he was at Inter, sold us Gini at Newcastle, and now he beats City

Attacking line up, I like it. They gonna win old school, like 5-3 or 6-5.

You like it because of the high probability of bottling imo
@Unique Probably Gini is CB in a 3-4-3 but I can never tell Klopp's hipster line ups.
