that game was ligue 1 level bad, one of the worst game i have ever seen.
shit on a stick fc vs a defensive coach forced to attack, playing in the stadium of another boring team.

This game was so bad I would rather watch the NL-Spain final over it

That would involve rewatching the final between Spain and Netherlands again lol which I'm not doing.
I literally don't remember anything from it except De Jong kung fu kicking Xabi and Fabregas pass to Iniesta.

I remember Robben shooting at Casillas's feet and inexplicably choosing not to dive when Puyol had him in a bearhug.

Imagine how he would deal with a real star
Harry Kane is Tottenham.
1) why did anyone think he wouldn't play the entire game?
2) why is it even a question he should play? He's Spurs best player. He plays if he's fit. Imagine starting Moura over Kane in a CL final.
He should have had a pen too. Although he was doubled and mostly ineffectual
because it was clear as day that he was not fit to play
What exactly was clear about it?
I remember him going on a run, shaking a defender and then getting tackled in the box unfairly in the 85th min or so. Was that the clarity?
He had Matip and VVD draped on him every time he got the ball, and Pool were extremely narrow with their midfield pretty far back (in other words, PTB). How is it Kane's fault that no one could get him the ball? How was it his fault when the ball did come to him, it was in the air against players who quite frankly are just bigger than he is?
The problem wasn't Kane, as usual the problem was Spurs midfield, and the fact that Pool could sit back the entire game after they went ahead in the first 30 seconds.
Dele and Eriksen were both worse than Kane.
I'm not saying he was 100% fit, I think he was 80 or so and more than fit enough to play.
I understand people are biased because Spurs lost starting Kane and Moura had a hat trick against Ajax, but take a look at what you're saying. You'd rather have Lucas on than Harry Kane. No.
Lucas had I think 11 touches or so in the 30 minutes he was on. The problem was never Kane, and the play of the team was never dependent on Kane vs Lucas. People want easily identifiable mistakes but that's not how it works. The reality is Tottenham had a game plan that got thrown out of the window after 30 seconds

I'd be massively disappointed in them if they weren't utterly smashed tbh.

Congrats to Klopp, Liverpool, Salah, Mane, etc., they so truely deserve it. Play the best football, despite the set back of missing out on the league, and last year, its difficult to bonuce back, and they proved very motivated as well as mature and cool when the pressure was on. Amazing achievement~

Re: 2018/19 UEFA Champions League Final: Liverpool FC vs Tottenham Hotspurs
People asking where it went wrong for spurs. It went wrong for spurs when Liverpool scored the 4th goal v Barca. Liverpool never got out of first gear and played as bad as I’ve seen all season but still won 2-0. Liverpool are a million miles infront of spurs and the game could have lasted 90 hours and spurs would not got a sniff.

Seeing them discuss the game is incredible, good on BeIN to bring them. Nobody likes to hear Mcmanaman, Hargreaves, Owen or Ferdinand. Nevilleand Carra are very good. But its something else listening to former experts on the game discussing this.

I'm not even sure Neville and Carragher are good tbh, their just much better than the abysmal Ferdinand, Robbie Savage etc etc.

Neville and Carragher at least do some reading up on what they are talking about or at least give the impression they do some reading. Rio just spouts whatever comes to his mind (which isn't much) and Robbie Savage is a Caucasian male that forms words with his mouth.

Neville and Carra are great together, they offer a former player's perspective on things. Its very insightful, Mourinho and Wenger however, offer a glimpse into the high level world of professional management. Which is kinda rare, you can tell they are talking from experience in the video.
