They were a force to be reconed with between96-2004 in my opinion. England being overrated is such a lazy statement at this point. When in reality, other "power houses" have failed to deliver time in and again aswell. *cough* Brazil, Argentina, Italy
This is another case of Europe aimlessly hatin on England.
Note that i did not say they are going to win the wc or the Euros anytime soon, but then Neither are Brazil or Argentina. (and they sure as hell would not win the euro if they were to participate in it somehow)

Spain have been consistant since the new Milemnium. Finally got theirs.
The Dutch are past due to their WC and even Portugal have gotten farther than England have in the recent WC's.
But were have England been.
