neuer has been really meh for bayern this pre season though.made some bad mistakes.

The term 'Best player' is horrible. Surely the definition of best player would be who's better at playing in every position as that's how you would define who's the best at everything.... 
By this logic Simone Pepe > Messi.

Neuer Made just one mistake and his done very well for Bayern this pres-season. Didnt U see how he stopped Cassano.
And his Area Command is very good as well.

But if we're talking mere mortals, it's Özil, Mr. Piggy and Neuer whom I couldn't decide between. But they're playing so different positions, it's really ludicrous. Neuer is world class, that much is for certain, but comparing a GK to outfield players is always gonna result in brain farts.

Sahin Got 142 they should be happy with that on top of that 4 out of the 10 nominees has got something to do with Real Madrid.

The best German player is Philip Lahm. I can't imagine a proper world 11 without him. All others are questionable, therefore Lahm>>> all other German players. The closest one to him is Gomez, it may sound funny but he is developing into a one man CF army

Neuer's the best goalkeeper in Germany. That's about the most general statement you can make. As the great John F. Kennedy once said: "It is impossible to compare an outfield player like Ozil to a goalkeeper like Neuer".

Well yeah, but that's because Di Vaio is a mere mortal, while Podolski is basically a taller, stronger Messi who doesn't do tricks because he doesn't need or want to.
