Expectations for next season

Minimum: La liga and CL semi finals!

La Liga, Copa Del Rey final and CL semis.

La Liga and Champions League final.

La Liga, CDR final and CL final.

La Liga and Champions league final.

Well with the quality our team has it would be stupid if we wouldn't believe that we are going for the treble. But we are going to need a lot of luck. But winning La Decima would be the best. Also we need to stop Barcelona's dominating of La Liga so our minimal expectations are La Liga and Champions League. But I can see us lifting Copa Del Rey again .

I chose treble, the more the merrier. what is more important? I thought the lige.

id say go for the treble, we have the depth and this time all are either our own youth or long term madrid lovers

so they will most possibly work hard and not get injured everyother day ala gago, kaka and khedira and not sulk everytime time they get the chop ala leon and canales

sahin will hopefully be a ozil type of signiing

coentrao will be a dimaria type of signing i.e. a fighter

and altintop will probably be a mancini type of signing nothing but a squad player

well ill tell you

coentrao was a winger switched to left back just like marcelo however he has played on both wings just like dimaria, he has great stamina and you can use him to adjust your tactics exactly the same way as dimaria...thats why i compared those 2, and believe me mou will use coentrao as a winger vs farca, my prediction never dissapoints

sahin is a cm, but i compared him to ozil in a sense that he would start performing from day one just like ozil

his feets are like jelly and his body is like plastic lol, guy needs to bulken up at least ozil made an effort haha

Di Maria is skill, dont hate. It's pretty stupid, and in my opinion, Di Maria performed better than Ozil this year. Sorry to say it, but Di Maria was always there when it mattered.

Anyways, this season La Liga is our biggest target, we need to stop Barca from getting it 4 times in a row, and CL of course. But La Liga first imo.

I agree that reclaiming the league is imperative, but the fans who say the CL is our divine right will have us believe we must win the 10th at all costs. I'll be happy with a spot in the final.

No way Di Maria performed better than Ozil... not a chance in the world. Di Maria is very overrated right now. All the talent in the world... but a horrific passer and very selfish.

Did you realize that, other than Adan and Casillas, Di Maria has the worst passing efficiency on the team? Inexcusable.

I am expecting a CHL trophy or a La Liga, but i really hope for two of the three, i really don't believe om getting the treble just yet

he might be a very wasteful passer but the guy as omarish said was there when we needed him

unlike ronaldo, benz and ozil who went missing on the games we were in desperate need of winning

if it were up to me id say both marcelo and dimaria defined our season

people mustnt forget the amount of clutch goals dimaria scored

while at the clasico kept their 2nd most dangerous man quite not only for one but in all of the 4 clasicos while providing the asissts in 2 of our 3 goals not bad considering the other guy's efforts

tbh he is being a victim of tactics, mou is using him as his eto, but we cant blame him for that he is the only one who uses the tactics part of his brain, but for some reason has the other part non-functioning

i am sure if he improves his passing and desicion making people like ronaldo and stuff will only drool to become as good as him

20 assists, 2 of them against Barca. I wont call that bad passing. Di Marias passes came where it counted. Look at the pass in halamadrid2 video up in the page, 2:42. This guy can pass, he is still young and can improve alot. And already this deadly!

I dont wanna hate on Ozil but everyone is not noticing what Di Maria has done this season. He is the unsung hero for sure. Di Maria is underrated as hell, not overrated.

Di Maria is fantastic. He'll be even better in the upcoming season. He just needs to improve his passing a bit and to become less selfish

ehem, about di maria, well i do kind of agree that i don't feel enough love for di maria around here , but I have to disagree on di maria performed better than ozil this seasson
yeah he provided 2 assists againts barca and ozil didn't, though ozil could have easily have those too in first half CDR final but it just didn't mean to be, not his lucky day, ronaldo decided to score in extra time not in the first half, and the ball from pepe's prefered hitting the sitter instead of going in
but where was di maria when we're down to 10 man in clasico la liga home after albiol got red carded and we're desperate to equalise? he didn't do any good and got substituted in that second half, and it was ozil that helped save the game though not by scoring and providing assist
and unlike di maria who almost got full minutes in all clasicos, ozil only got very limited minutes to do much
di maria provided a number of important goals, so ozil didn't? how about his goals againts sevila? or if not his goals then a number of his winning assists? and if not assists, then his involvement in the building up of the goals, ex: benzema goal againts lyon away?
there were times where it was ozil that there and not di maria, and it's more often like that iirc
and nobody ALWAYS there, they all failed/went missing one time or another
btw from that di maria's 20 assists, more than 5 was from penalty he caused not his passes
