what kind of manager he is ? what kind of football what can I expect

isn't he the guy that took Swansea from fourth division to first division (6th place) in 4 seasons ?

The Swansea thing is the actually only thing that sticks out of his resume ,but he managed RM twice I think, Sporting Lisbon...Sociedad , Deportivo, I can't remember but another Spanish team, and he was also lured by the Turkish cash into Besiktas, a french side I don't recall , and CATANIA! Razz

He's not much of a tactical genius but he is a GREAT motivator !
