Re: Loan Watch Thread
He has already recovered and played West Ham on December 6th where they won 3-0 over Brentford
I think he has loads of potential, and hopefully he will be injury-free for the rest of the season to show it. I have high hopes for him, and I really want to see him make it here

Francis: Let me join Cole at Lille
ARSENAL midfielder Francis Coquelin wants a loan spell with Joe Cole's Lille.
The French champs fancy the U-21 ace, who has started two Premier League games this term.
Coquelin said: "It's flattering.

Whats the latest on this btw?
I feel sorry for Bendy, well almost. Hugely stupid decision to move to Sunderland in search of first team football. He is still young and would've done extremely well to have some patience and continue as an understudy to the man in form RvP and under the tutelage of THE man in charge, Wenger.

Re: Loan Watch Thread
I'm watching the Old Firm derby now, and Bartley has played really well, especially when you consider that the condition are atrocious (rain and 70 mph winds) and he and his fellow defenders are coming under constant pressure due to Rangers' inability to get out their own half. His performance has been solid and no nonsence.
He's done a lot better than the last Old Firm he played in, where he got a booking after a minute and generally played poorly.

Re: Loan Watch Thread
In the last derby they played him as a DM though (as far as I can remember) so that can explain the not-so-good performance

Re: Loan Watch Thread
Frimpong some mishit passes but settled down by passing time and picked safest options
21 touches,16 passes(75% pass accuracy)/1 interception
kinda killed chavs counter attack 38th min
but the space between the lines was disappointing
if it was manure Roonaaay would have killed them
had they conceded early i thought it would be game over
thier main threat was set piece

Yeah they're excited
It's like Christmas. We're santa, they're little Johnny by the Christmas tree in the middle of the night catching us planting a freshly wrapped Emmanuel Frimpong next to all the presents.
