It's really hard at this point cause the market is so crap. But my strategy at the beginning of the season was: buy IF's with pace or a great shot at their lowest point, wait a few weeks until they're in demand and resell for higher.

If you're looking for deals the best day is on Wednesday. New players come out that day so people are more apt to put up players for cheap so they can get more packs.

EA came out with a 99 overall Messi Shocked

Also a 97overall CR7 for Team of the Season, glad I kept my 96 version though, because they only really updated a few stats(crossing, passing).

^ Ive traded since September when UT came out. I'm always buying/selling in the webapp. I can make anywhere from 50k - 100k in a week depends. Most recently I bought 4-5 SIF Diego Lopez's at 25k because I knew when TOTS came out that Casillas would be way expensive for most people and they would go for the next best Liga keeper, so his price would rise. He's now at 60k so I sold the ones I had. Rinse and repeat with different IF's. Once you get a decent chunk of coins to start it becomes easier I found.

If you want a relatively cheap, effective team you could always do what 90% of people online do: use Agbonlahor, Walcott, Lennon, Luiz, K.Walker, etc.

Definitely Luiz. Insanely effective in Ultimate Team. The 84 overall Ba is crazy good also. Fellaini, Lukaku, Joe Hart, Nani, Cole, Gervinho and Sturridge also but you have them. That's just BPL but basically anyone with pace, strength, or both, since that's what rules in FUT for the most part.

Gervinho seems to run out of gas quite often(although not as much as Mehdam Johnson). I do like RW chemistry though(Gervinho, Tiote, Sagna). How about Ox? Is he cheap/decent?

He's solid, he's only got 3 star skills for some reason though, he's probably kind of expensive also cause he's a high rated silver. I'd prefer Walcott or Ben Arfa even at RW.

Had Ben Arfa before I restarted. I think I'll go for him.

Gave up on UT.
Too many pace players. And it's not that. The AI defending is such shit at times. Considering if they do a lobbed through ball my defenders stop.

I'll wait untill fifa 13 considering nothing ever carries over on UT. So it's a waste of time now.

On Ultimate Team this week if you win the Long Shot Cup online or offline, you get IF Honda.

His in game stats are quality.

The tournament is on "Ultimate" difficulty, which is ridiculous. I won it online, much easier than offline where every CPU player has 99 sprint speed, 99 accel, 99 finishing, etc. Ultimate difficulty = Legendary with jacked up stats. Laughing
