Possible Scenario
Just a scenario that we all can hope for:
Today:
Tottenham v Swansea
Later:
Sunderland v Tottenham
Chelsea v Wigan
Arsenal v Man City
I'm hoping for the best and we need our competitors to slip up if we can get to our goal obviously
As things stand, if Spurs lose to Swansea we'll be going to the next round of fixtures with 2 points behind.
And the best case scenario is to hope that Sunderland to grab at least a draw against them at the Stadium of Light and if we can manage to win against Wigan, we'll move up to 4th.
Or even if Spurs draw the next two matches and we win against Wigan we'd be 4th on goal difference.
It is highly unlikely that Arsenal would lose the 3rd spot despite the possibility of them losing to City. After that fixture, they have Wolves & Wigan before they face us so it may not matter then.
We've shown good form but its too premature to get too optimistic
