Apparently Varane will arrive in Madrid tomorrow for his medical and to sign the contract.

Varane has arrived in Madrid with his father. AS report him as saying "yes yes" when asked whether he was happy to be joining Real Madrid.

Difference being that Varane is 4 times the player Mateos is and there is a 6 years difference between both.
