Stats is all well and good but the amount this forum uses it to prove one is better than the other is ridiculous..I'm starting to despise stats now WTF.

Only area where i'd give relevance to stats is goals and assists for strikers and even that is sometimes misleading.Rest all are pretty redundant to me.

Nope, last time Juventus was in the UCL, they got man handled by Bayern in Turin and finished third in their group and then getting dumped out of Europa. Juventus did "crush" Real home and away but that was a different year.

Valencia are now in even more financial trouble and Real havent paid a penny back to the banks

Funnily enough it was a Madrid Fan who initiated the derailing of this thread.

It wasn't derailing though. The thread name is "how highly you rate Cavani" and from the 1st page, Crims and EP gave their rating (one said he could name 15 other forwards while the other wrote three other forwards are better than Cavani).

What happened after was posters who were against that rating which is fair, it's an opinion that would obviously spark annoyance in those that see differently. The thread got really derailed when someone started to mention leagues. That is always a recipe for nonsense...
