Calciopoli is a farce, Carlo Garaganase knows what he is saying.

My uncle is a big lawyer here, he studied the case thoroughly.

I would say he is pretty neutral since he doesn't know what football, inter, juve, Milan is. He would probably think juve is a some type of food.

He says that due to faulty procedure, missing evidence, and conflicting interests, the case should have been thrown out of court. He says this type of farce is common in Italy (not being racist). Also, he says that sentence was ludicrous (juve relegated because they COULD HAVE used their "exclusive" relationship to their advantage, not because they did).
It is also contradictory since other clubs were deducted points for nothing really, if it was not so, everyone should have been relegated, but they can't relegate clubs for finding loopholes in a faulty system.

Also, Juve having the"exclusive" relationship was never prove.

is it actually confirmed that they are losing the scudetto? if so, wouldnt there be a bigger uproar among the inter fans.. it was 5 years ago and they already celebrated winning that one extra scudetto.. it shouldnt be taken away now

No, it isn't actually confirmed. Inter fans shouldn't care as they finished 3rd that season. A lot of Ultras never recognised that Scudetto as they never actually won it.

It should be taken away if sufficient proof was never there to hand it too them in the first place. Justice always is eventually done.
