What a stupid purchase. Some people may say that this is Borussia Dortmund bending to the will of larger football clubs, but this is simply nothing short of brilliant from Hans-Joachim Watzke. An above-average striker in his final year of contract for 22M? Granted his youthful age of 24, that is still an exorbitant amount for Manchester United Football Club to be paying.

Rooney out of Manchester United? It would be surprising since he signed an extension no that long ago.

And where would he go? I doubt United would sold to city as they blocked him last time. Chelsea? Real Madrid? They are the only prestigious clubs that can afford him.

Bayern Munich could definitely afford him. But they wouldn't go for him anyways.

Zlatan along with his agent has stated that he won't be at PSG for long. I predict he retires after 2-3 years yet Bundesliga was in his vested interests as stated in two different clubs. Personally I feel that would be a huge boost the the Bundesliga seeing Ibra there. Would it interest you?

I think Zlatan would be too expensive for Dortmund, plus I doubt he would fit well with Kloppo and the young BVB team.

If Lewa leaves (and things atm sound as if that's likely), Dortmund will replace him with a freshly scouted, inexpensive and hungry player. I was a bit astonished that Bayer managed to snap up Arkadiusz Milik before the BVB could grab him, as he was pretty much in the prey pattern of Dortmund.

I actually should have posted this... but Dortmund is really looking hard at Gameiro from PSG. They sent reps to his games since he's been back and he wants to leave.

would cost between 10-15 mil.

Won't stop them from trying to get what they can for Gameiro nonetheless.

Still think Dortmund should've held onto Lucas Barrios, who I've always considered completely superior to Lewandowski.

As for the move to United - Terrible move imo. Only time will tell though what kinda impact he can make...if any at all.

Lewa isn't going to Man United.
If Lewa does come he will not be replacing Rooney.
