I've been using a 4-3-1-2 and that seems to work pretty well.

I've never tweaked too much with arrows or custome set pieces. I will most def toggle between balanced, ultra attacking, and ultra defensive.

I've had the most success with the 4-2-3-1

Generally I find it the most balanced overall.

I made myself a custom formation mainly Because of Totti , it worked on every other team as well
something between 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3 that com recognizes it as 4-4-2
