need advice on videogames

Hey dudes
So I´ve never been a videogame person. Only owned a Play2 and rarely used it. Always been a computer guy.
Now I want to buy a videogame system but I´m not sure. Let me explain the reasons.
My bro lives in Japan and my best friend in the states, but I live in Argentina.
I want to play mostly Tekken and maybe some other games if possible with my bro who has a play3. I want to play call of duty with my friend who has an xbox. And of course, FIFA. What are my options, advice?
