Adam Lallana

I am with nish here! He's about the only player who looks hungry for the ball, covers ground and chases and harasses, he works his socks off, whenever BR plays him, doesnt matter in what game, he gives his 100%. His technical ability is also good although not great. With whatever limitations he has, he contributes almost every time... I feel that there are under performing players right now and he deserves to start ahead of many of our CMs.

It's not his fault, but talking about Lallana just makes me depressed. Why? Our biggest signing of the summer and he's only been a rotation player. Has actually played the full 90 minutes just twice in the Prem this season. Our most expensive summer signing. Man.

Lallana seems lightweight at times and he pulls out of challenges on some other occasions. But he's technically very good. He's finally hitting some nice through balls as well.

Can't really hate on him in all honesty, the guy is a good player. It's not his fault we overpaid for him.

Unlike the other guys that we've payed so much for, This guy at least shows that he has quality every time he plays, Even though that quality might not be 25m worth.

To be fair he did have two injuries already this season, and was playing with some very damaged ribs recently. I think they're easing him back into playing on both occasions. Hopefully we'll see more from him as we go on, but rotating is not that bad either. We have a bunch of players that will be looking for game time, and even more so when Sturridge gets back. Some have even not seen much if any time like Borini or Can.

I'm with you though in that I think that Lallana has quality and I think he should play more right now at least.

All that matters for now is . . . he slowly coming good for us right now. FULL STOP!!!

Yeah he's finally going back to the Soton form. The price doesn't matter anymore since it's done and dusted, no point in dwelling on it. He's a good player and that's all that matters in the end.

Yep, some of his touches against Arsenal were really nice and he's been showing that more of late. I've always found him a bit dangerous with the ball though since we signed him. He has a high work rate too which really fits in to hard pressing style we play. He had a couple really nice track backs on Sunday. Hope he gets more looks. I don't really care too much about the fee or that he wasn't our first choice.

Lallana has the 2nd best minutes per goal/assists.

Got 4 goals and 3 assists in the league in just about 12 starts. 5 times playing more than 75 mins.

5 goals and 4 assists is his total, 3rd best at LFC atm.

His movement in the box is quite good, got a bit of a poacher instinct. Like Kevin Nolan with some actual skills. I still don't think he's a £25m player, but well done to him for scoring some big goals, here's hoping it continues.

I agree with Art. His movement is great. He definitely has more goals in him. He does require some more consistent playing time though.

He's better than Shaqiri.

Don't understand why he was subbed yesterday ? He wasn't any worse than Raheem or Coutinho .

This guy is quite underrated. The exorbitant fee we paid along with the injury at beginning of the season has influenced stature in the team. I hope Rodgers will use him more extensively in the reminder of the season.

So what's the verdict on this guy??? I think he should have been used more extensively.

The problem is he was injured for a lot of the season or he would have been. Rodgers really likes him and when healthy I'd say he was probably just behind Coutinho in terms of his offensive impact. I'd like to see him work on his fitness and get some consistent starts next season when Sterling leaves.

Lallana - Striker - Coutinho should be our front line, and it will be glorious. For a British player Lallana is really nice on the ball and makes some incredible turns and touches.

for me it will be enough if he doesnt miss sitters in the next season !
