Can we agree that he was good until December for United? Not 70m worth, but good.

He had outstanding moments from what i recall before Carlo but was quite inconsistent and frustrating.

He was brilliant under Carlo though, as he has been for Benfica and Argentina in his best position. Hell even the few times before injury when Yanited used him properly he was great too.

Considering that only Cazorla and Cesc had more assists than him and he hardly played in second half of the year yes.

This whole story is nothing but infinite embarrassment for Manchester United.
Buying a top player for the national transfer record, not giving him a real chance, and selling him for a loss after one season.

Guess that's what happens if you pair a football-ignorant financial guy chief executive, who just wants to prove he can deliver big names, with a coach obsessed with reigning in and straightening out star players, especially if they're from South America.

I'm excited to see how Blanc is going to deal with Ibra-Cavani-Lucas-Pastore and di maria as one of them should not start. I'd like too see di maria in MF but Pastore already play there. In any with his addition alone PSg is already champion.

PSG have such a FIFA team. Lucas and Di Maria wipping in crosses for Cavani and Ibra.

And Rooney is a 9,5-10... not a 9 ffs. Putting him on top is basically taking away some of his main assets. Get a true 9 and have Rooney play right behind him. Doesn't have to be an incredible 9... just an efficient one who has good work rate.

And here i am thinking of using a diamond 442 and playing through the middle with no width and lots of 1-2s around the box.

Memphis can be converted into a legit 9. He has all the attributes to be a very good, if not top class, striker. I was suggesting this while he was still in the Netherlands. He could be our answer for RVP and Huntelaar moving on.

Di Maria is once again a World Class player now he is no longer a United player

Then you should better *bleep* bet 1000$ on every game you say here that a team will beat the other or destroy it! You probably don't realise how big are the statements you people make without the possibility of knowing for sure; in football you can estimate but can never be sure of anything. Otherwise, would you watch it anymore?
