hard to compare. when hazard was 22 in 2013 he had to compete with messi at 25-26. messi at 22 didn't have to compete with messi at 25-26

and nobody compared hazard to messi. the former is world-class, messi is beyond that

For all that talent hazard had around him he had to do at least okay. Like I said, overrated to hell. Willian has been much better this season and yet, no one is talking about him.

Except he didn't.... Fabregas and Costa carried them when it mattered. He did carry them in the 2nd half of the year granted but their results weren't great in that time it just so happened they had such a massive lead that it didn't matter and City's was worse.

He's never done anything for Belgium, he's never done anything in a big game that matters in the league( His best performance was probably against City who had Demifukingchelis in midfield )and he's for damn sure never done anything in the CL.

People love to look at talent and what a player can do at their best, but impact is what matters and Hazard has hardly ever impacted a game when it really matters.

If anybody else had the resume he does, he wouldn't even be spoke about in any sort of positive light but for some reason it's ok for him.

People love to shit on Pogba because he doesn't fit some's idea of a CM, but his career of games when it truly matters to impact a football match against the best shits all over Hazard's from a truly massive height.

Hazard is basically isco with a little more speed and zero end product. And isco is still a better player.

You really gotta stop with this silly notion that Hazard's exploits in the second half of the season were meaningless .

That was more due to City falling apart, everyone knew the league was done once AFCON was over and that had nothing to do with what Chelsea did. City lost like every game without Yaya.

And chelsea capitalized on that , thanks mostly to Hazard's performances and his involvement in almost every single goal scored by the team .

If Hazard is not even playing well under Hiddink... does this mean he is finished at 25? Or maybe he was just a one season wonder?
