Bale was fundamental in both Copa and UCL last year and James was the best player at the WC. Tbh I don't know what Pogba and Yaya are doing there.

Forgive me if i don't remember clearly, but what exactly did he do wrong? Suarez bit Chielini and Zidane headbutted Materazzi. I don't remember Ronaldo doing anything like that.

I agree that he should be on the short-list but his action's tarnished his reputation as a professional to some degree.
