I hope the naysayers will finally realise that Allegri wasn't the problem. Poor guy overachieved with the squads he had year in year out yet he was constantly getting flamed.

Anyone worth their footballing salt knew Milan's issues went far beyond the dugout honestly.

This club has been so thoroughly mismanaged recently it makes it extremely difficult for me to watch them without thinking about where they were just a decade ago.

yeah well , when i was saying such things last season i was biased with Allegri and apparently , i was defending him. However , as much as i have come to despise our management and being tired with their scapegoating , it is obvious to me Inzaghi hasn't been doing a good job with Milan . It's not his fault that he's here though ..

Nevertheless i do think it's time for Inzaghi to be sacked or resign , always recognising that our real issues never went away . Will an experienced coach solve everything? No. But we can certainly be better than that . There's Prandelli and Spalleti free right now , if they don't get one of them tonight or tomorrow , we're finishing at best 8th like last season .

Let's say the management weren't colossally off the reservation and actually invested into the squad properly. Based on what you've seen of his man management style, the mentality he's given the team and his tactics, do you think Inzaghi would do better work with better players?

I am not sure . Simply because i haven't seen tactics that i like , or even consistent tactics from him . I haven't seen a commentable mentality by the players either , the game tonight was yet another testament. We give up at the first obstacle , for a long time now. He didn't improve our set piece problem ; our best youngsters Ses and De Sciglio have their worst season under him ; he benches our best CB Rami for no apparent reason ; awkward and ineffective subs , giving the initiative to teams like Palermo , Torino and Atalanta , or Sassuolo. So many things i don't like in him. Rumours that his coaching staff is divided .. the same with senior players .. Seedorf was way better than him , to tell you the truth. Seedorf had a worse team , but you could tell we were trying and showing signs. It's not the same this time and he has better players than Seedorf and much less fodder.

No team who respects and believes in their coach shows such a terrible face . Look at Mexes , i haven't seen him go this far ever before. He has no respect , not even fear for his coach . Nothing. He just acted like a chimp , when under a serious manager , he would know that would be his goodbye just by the coach , forget the management.

In the end , i do think he would be doing better than that with real investments.. but who wouldn't do at least decent when investment isn't an issue ? Nevertheless , i don't think he would be doing better than an experienced coach by any means. We must be pragmatic . We can't force Berlusconi's hand , nor demand answers into what kind of players Galliani goes after. We can however ask for a better coach , to handle the mess better than that. It's not just Lazio , we can't play football against teams that clearly we can and should be playing football against , let alone win.

We aren't going to be winning anything with say Prandelli , not without investment , but at least i expect a decent team to show up , that's all. I can't stand watching my team surrender the play from the 3rd minute just because we scored , we aren't in 1996 ffs. Same thing against Torino.

Something last , when i , a mere fan can call we needed Mexes off for Rami and Muntari in for Van Ginkel right away during half-time.. explicitly saying how terrible Mexes has been ; and Inzaghi does nothing , no change at all ; there's an issue . When he introduces Muntari on 82m after the game is 3-1 and he has beyond doubts lost the game... what did he expect Muntari to do then? He changed the formation to 4-2-3-1 when the formation wasn't an issue tonight. Our main issues were that we conceded the ball too easily and didn't pressure to get it back. That was on him , that's just what has been happening always. As a result , our confidence was shuttered when we had the ball and we were being afraid to play , with almost no composure on the ball.

Let's just say he's not ready yet , that's all. We need a manager who can handle the team as badly as it is and at least make them play as best they can and be decent . We are a sad excuse of a mess atm and Inzaghi can't fix that. We are exactly where we were last season with a better team overall . Just by that , we need a change. It's not a matter of what he can do , or if he's our main problem. We can't afford to give him more time , or to excuse him more than what we have. In the end , i hoped he would succeed to make us play good football at least , and he did far worse than both Seedorf and Allegri on that. Sry for the long post

No worries brah. Good thoughts I'd say.

I can't judge Inzaghi too much as I haven't watched enough of Milan's games honestly, but as a Romanista that has seen a ridiculous amount of turnover on the bench in the last 10 years, the results and the indifference shown by the players often sum up the story. It's not a good match based on that alone. I also was rooting for Seedorf and was left frustrated by his sacking. He's going to land on his feet somewhere though and Milan might just rue discarding him so callously.

As for Inzaghi, perhaps this is too much, too soon for him. There was hopes that he might've taken to the task sorta like Montella did for Roma. We were quite nervous, but excited for Vincenzo and he showed a tactical understanding and acumen along with management style that simply worked really well. I think Pippo needs a smaller club out of the spotlight. Give him the reins of a lower table Serie A side or even a Serie B side  to build his experience and confidence and I think he'll come back a better coach.

Can't agree more. I've spent about 50% of my posts on this forum saying that Mexes is an absolute tosser, but the message has not been heeded. In fact, some people STILL regard him as a decent option. HE IS NOT DECENT. HE IS CRAP. DEFINITE CRAP! Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

find the link here

http://www.livefootballol.com/

download sopcast if you haven't . In the Inter Milan-Torino page , choose ArenaVision 6 Sopcast and then hit the link. Good quality , no lag (for me at least).

Podolksi getting subbed out pretty often. I wonder if he's starting to rethink how easy he would have it at Inter.

Also wonder why Palacio would start over Shaquiri.

Guarin does stupid stuff fairly often.

Shaqiri should have concentrated on getting better instead of complaining about game time, he looks a shadow of the player he was 2012/13.
