Why is Genoa ineligible for Europe and Sampdoria is eligible? They use the same stadium. I don't get it.

Genoa has too many debts so they fail FFP. Same reason Parma didn't participate this year.

It has nothing to do with FFP. It is the stadium. But, I found out the reason. Apparently Sampdoria has named another stadium that meets the specs.
