Advised my friends who haven't picked up the game yet to not buy it.

clubs is dead because everybody bitches and moans every time a goal goes in as if it's the god given right of GL clubs to win every game 4-0. Then within 3 minutes that moaning turns in to 'this game is broken' Yeah, No.

Meanwhile in a shitty club with a collection of absolute scrubs with me playing ANY (Something that's possible now that you can defend pace whores) we're doing just fine.

Nah I know them through other people but random scrubs I.E some of them are absolutely shit to the point that I think they don't know football outside of runs in behind the defence.

But I can go as ANY in this game, pass BETTER than in previous FIFA's and do it with 1 other person and have a successful session.

It's more balanced, but when people kept moaning about pace abuse and momentum abuse etc etc they all forgot that those exact same exploits were benefiting them too, now they can't do yolo banter 80 yard hoofs from an unbalanced CB to a ST or blitz 10 people on the wing they are lost and hate the game.

Just play the demo lol, although i doubt you'll care in a weeks time when Battlefront beta is here and then Fallout and then Uncharted beta and so on lol.

As with previous iterations, I'm enjoying this game quite a bit. Once again, the lads bashing it read far too much into the mechanics of what it's supposed to be. Will carry me into 2016 and FIFA 17 with ease.

Passing isn't even difficult ffs Did none of you do what literally everybody else in the World has by now and turn the 'passing power assistance' from off to on? Unless people keep trying to spin with their CB and pass it accurately at the same time, in which case the game's not broken, you are.

I had a solid eight hour session on career mode with a friend on Friday and thoroughly enjoyed the game again. Haven't bought this myself as I don't really enjoy playing FIFA on my own any more, but it's great fun playing with a friend or friends.

And I'm with Tom, I don't find the passing particularly difficult. And we're playing with a League Two team lol. Sure, you've got to pretty much be facing in the direction where you're passing to be accurate - but isn't this the case in real life, too?

The game's good fun and challenging in the right ways. You've just got to have a bit of patience to build-up plays. If you think every attack should lead to a scoring chance after five passes in the opposition's half, then the game's not for you.

First of all. One of you are playing against CPU. Go play seasons/UT & you'll see how disgusting this game is.

And Tom get to divison 1 or 2 like me & Firenze and you too will see how broken this game is. You'll see how crap the passing becomes half the times against abusers. People hate the passing when a elite passer like Kroos or Iniesta can't make a 5 meter pass.

And everyone turned that power assistance thing on from day one lol.

Reason why the game is shit:

Passing is bad (needs a bit of tweaking & it's good)
sprint dribbling can go from midfield to GK
penalties is so easy to get (sprint dribbling/fake shotting in the box)
Impossible to defend in the box (press circle once and it's penalty)
People turns like Mertesnail and that's why it's difficult to defend agains't abusers who uses sprint dribbling

This is just the top of my head and what's people been complaining about

I won't be surprised if the penalties won't be patched.

True, I'm not playing online. But I'm not seeing any mechanics in the game that make me think they'd be easy to exploit against human opposition.

Take the sprint dribbling, for instance, you just have to learn to anticipate it. Maybe pressuring with your full-back by the half-way line isn't always the best option?

The way this FIFA seems to me is that you need a little bit more patience in your game, both in attack and defence. Don't want to concede penalties? Well, maybe you shouldn't be tackling in your box, rather just containing and blocking. This game looks good to me as long as you're not trying to create chances instantly nor win the ball instantly. Patience.

Mate no offence but your words is meaningless since you haven't played online, especially in the higher divisions. Me & Firenze didn't get there by conceding penalties 24/7 & getting destroyed by abusers.

A lot of the time you can stop them but sometimes the game shows it's true colour & *bleep* you over really bad.

You CAN'T stop sprint dribblers everytime cause the game just *bleep* you over, either with a failed 5 m pass from a 97+ passer or the player turning like a snail.
Everyone in the higher divisions puts all their players on 'aggressive interceptions' and that's one of the reason why passes get's ruined so badly.

Do you know why sprint dribbling is so OP mate? When you do it, it gives you some sort of +50 in boost which is unrealistic as hell.

Broken game is ofc. exaggeration from my side. EA just needs to patch these few things that's constantly being reported from players. Knowing EA though they'll probably leave it as it is as usual & laugh all the way to the bank.

Playing against CPU & people is two very different things mate. You can't even compare it.

I agree that playing against the CPU and people are two very different things in any game, but I haven't seen any things that make me think people would have an easy time OP'ing if you just know how to play against them.

Like, I haven't seen a "+50 sprint dribbling speed boost" against the CPU and I really can't believe this mechanic would be somehow different against human opposition.

Plus the big advantage you have in every game against "human abusers" is that they base the abusing of the games mechanics on anticipating something, expecting a certain pattern, a certain way of playing by their opponents. You learn an average pattern against human players, too, if you're just smart enough. The way to counter that is to avoid doing the things that enable them to abuse the game's mechanics. FIFA is versatile enough in its mechanics to let you adapt your game once you figure out the most common things people are trying to do to beat you.

Is it just me or do all CPU keepers dive to the right (their left) on penalties?

I shoot left every time and am yet to miss, they never get close to it

Another patch for PC, Xbox One and PS4 soon.



A second patch for FIFA 16 on PC is now available, another PS4 and Xbox One patch is due shortly, but it's noted as being 'similar', not the same, so the fixes may vary.



As well as general stability updates, the patch includes the following:



Optimized goalkeeper rushing, AI, and positioning.
Improved player wage accuracy in Career Mode.
Addressed referee/kit clashes.
Addressed an exploit in Virtual Pro leaderboards.
Addressed a shot missing the top corner and still being called a goal.
FIFA Trainer button tuning.
Player clipping during intro sequence in certain stadiums.

There are also some FUT issues addressed:



EA SPORTS Football Club shared squads not showing players in FIFA menus.
Relisting Transfer List items not retaining previous price settings.
Error message when attempting to apply a contract consumable.
Away crowd wearing incorrect kit.
Some returning users experiencing an issue when naming their club.
Controller disconnecting in FUT modes.

So, no specific notes on disconnect issues and the like.
